Bait and switch

Room was not anything like featured in pictures. Walls were patched and unpainted. Furniture was old, stained and broken down. Shower was dirty upon arrival and had to clean the old hair from bathroom sink to get it to drain. Refrigerator was dirty inside and out. All the dishes in the kitchen seemed to be mismatched souvenir pieces left by previous guests. I've stayed in many condos up and down the emerald coast and this was by far the most bait and switch I've ever experienced. Will not be booking or recommending again.

Good location and have a wheelchair pad to get to the beach

Out dated, bedroom no room to walk bed post to big would have more room with our head and foot board

We will be back. The room was awesome, and the view was amazing.

Loved the room and the atmosphere. the beaches were Awesome.

the right elevator in the center was INOP daily. This was the only thing that put a frown on our faces.

The property had everything needed to spend time relaxing at the beach without a lot of driving

Great location. Tiki Hut Bar onsite & ability to relax by the pool with an adult beverage

The ELEVATOR was slow. Spent too much time waiting on the elevator.

Room was nice and clean. Great view from the balcony. Great location as well.

The dryer wouldn't dry too well.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the resort exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect right on the beach. The resort had a lot to offer we didn't even have to leave except for the couple of times we wanted to go out to eat.

The beds were really uncomfortable. I had to handwash each dish before I could even use it. Most of the towels in the bathroom didn't appear to be clean so thankfully we had brought our own.

My family and I are satisfied with our stay at the Summit room 618.

The room was comfortable, clean, and stayed cool. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better was if we had cable television.

Room 618

Very close to the beach,tiki hut and bikini Bob's is on the property so you really don't have to leave the property

The room smelled like a skunk,both remotes were dead so we had to buy batteries and only 1 4in skillet to cook with but the other dishes were there..room 618, nothing beachy about the room at all,a dull gray everything and no curtains in the bedroom and very cheap balcony chairs
