Without a doubt this Beach House will be a great place for you to relax and enjoy your getaway in beautiful Southwest Florida. - Beach House includes the following amenities: - 3 Bedroom 2 Bath (fully furnished) - A short distance to a variety of entertainment in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island, Downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral. - 20 minutes from the RSW Airport in Fort Myers. - Flat Screen TV’s in Living Room, Master and 2nd Bedroom. - Fully supplied kitchen (Pots, pans & utensils) allowing you to make your own home cooked meals - Propane BBQ - Outdoor Firepit - Outdoor Seating and Tiki Hut - Bicycles to use at your leisure - Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Coolers, Beach Blanket, Beach Towels - Cozy Beach Themes furnishing in all rooms - Washer and Dryer - Outdoor Shower - Beach House is located on a Quiet Street, located at the very end of a dead end street. There is a keypad and code that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. Code plus lock button to enter and lock button to lock when you are leaving. This Beach house is located close to Shopping, Dozens of Restaurants, Boating and amenities necessary for a safe and convenient vacation. 6 Miles to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva Island, 6 miles to Cape Coral, 10 miles to beautiful Downtown Fort Myers and 15 miles to Southwest Florida International Airport. This fantastic location is only minutes from the Half Mile Bridge that leads to Downtown Cape Coral where you can visit the world's largest Tiki Bar, Line Dancing at The Dixie Roadhouse, Fishtale Grill, Neverminds, Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill, Backstreets, and many more fun restaurants and bars!! Visit The Boat House, two waterfront locations in either Cape Coral or Fort Myers! Take advantage of being centrally located to everything, having access to all that Fort Myers has to offer without the hassle of dealing with the traffic in and around Fort Myers Beach if you’d like to explore the rest of SWFL. While at home sit back and relax in this cute Beach House, filled with Beach Decor! Sit out on a Cozy Front Porch and enjoy the Quietness as we are located on a Dead End Street and at the very end of the street. Enjoy siting on the patio or around the Firepit! The Beach House is decorated with a Beach Theme, indoors and outdoors so you can enjoy the feeling of living and vacationing in Southwest Florida! We wanted to inform you that our properties have recently been affected by Hurricane Ian. Please be assured that we are working diligently to clean up the exterior space, including the lower unit and the road to the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. We understand that some guests may have specific preferences and expectations when it comes to their vacation rental experience. If you have very particular requirements, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to restore the property to its usual high standards. However, if you have particularly high standards and expectations, we kindly suggest that our property may not be the best fit for your vacation at this time during our recovery from Hurricane Ian. We hope that you can understand the unique circumstances that we are currently facing. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to welcome you to our property soon. RENTAL RULES The Beach House is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Our house does not have a garbage disposal. This means NO SOLIDS are allowed down the sink drains. We suggest wrapping food solids and storing in the freezer until garbage day. Smoking IS NOT allowed inside the house.. Additional cost will be incurred if during inspection it is deemed that smoking in the house occurred. Guests will pay the total cost for the additional clean-up of furniture etc. People other than those booked as part of your reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order Only use appliances for their intended uses. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath/beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: ● The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or the day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: ● Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered ● Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted ● Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period 11. No fireworks or firearms on premises. PET GUIDELINES 13. All DOGS must comply with the following specifications: Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older. Must be spayed or neutered. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. Dog owner is responsible for making sure the pet stays within the yard. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. If your pet has an accident on the carpet, it is your responsibility to clean the spot with the provided Bissell SpotBot Pet cleaner. Please clean the spot as soon as possible to reduce the possibility of permanent staining by following the “SpotBot Pet” cleaning instructions below. Pets must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Homeowners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. CHECKOUT LIST We hope you had a great time and will come back to visit us again soon. Before you leave there’re a few things we'd like you to do. A cleaning service is included in your rental; however, we'd appreciate your help in leaving the house in a tidy state prior to your departure. We only have a short time (sometimes the same day) before our next guests arrive so please complete the following: Interior: € Return all furniture, ornaments to original locations € Make sure all kitchen appliances are switched off – i.e. stove top, oven etc € Turn off all lights in all rooms & keep all fans circulating and on € Strip all used beds and place used linens and towels in the laundry room € Please start first load of sheets or towels € Remove perishable food from fridge and freezer € Load and start dishwasher € Segregate all garbage as per the property guide & follow disposal instructions Recycling bins are located on the side of house. - Blue Recycling Pick Up is early Monday mornings. - Garbage Pick Up is early Wednesday Mornings. € Close and lock all windows and doors € Exit out the front door and use your remote code. Exterior: € Ensure BBQ grill knobs are set to OFF position and tank is turned off o Ensure BBQ grill is clean​. If additional cleaning is required by cleaning staff additional charges may apply. € Ensure all evidence of pet occupation is removed from around the property We do not have a problem with the odd breakage, but please let us know about it so we can replace/repair broken or damaged items before our next guests arrive. However, items damaged with a value over USD$100.00 will have to be discussed. Faulty Equipment or Appliances: Please advise us ASAP of any appliance or piece of equipment that is faulty. Bissell SpotBot Pet If your pet has an accident on the carpet, it is your responsibility to clean the spot. Please follow the Bissell SpotBot Pet cleaner instructions below to clean the accident. NOTE: Please utilize the “Deep Clean” program for all cleaning duties. NOTE: When emptying the dirty water tank, please do so into one of the toilets. When emptying the clean water tank, please do so into one of the sinks. Thermostat Thermostat is not preprogrammed. Please adjust to your comfort level TURN OFF WHEN DOORS ARE BEING LEFT OPEN!! CRITTER’S This is Florida!​ It is not unusual to have small lizards, spiders etc.. Please leave them alone. They will not bite or bother you and they do eat bugs, insects etc. It is important to always keep doors closed. Beautiful overall impression, the house is cute and well located, it is very organized with modern appliances, a lot of towels, enough seating, shampoo, cooking utensils etc, the communication with the owners is good, the place is not noisy, Publix and Walmart are close, overall very enjoyable place

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and had super cute decorating. It was the perfect size for my family. It was only 10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely go back!

Loved the outdoor space and the privacy. The house is tucked away at the end of a street. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening was amazing.

The home description is accurate. We appreciated the amount of available space and the near proximity to many different locations, e.g., Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Sanibel / Captiva Islands, Bonita Beach, Cape Coral, and many more destinations. If you have small children, there are a couple of playgrounds in the neighborhood. Marisa and Jeremy are holistically good hosts, and I will rent from them again in the future.
