everything
water park is not as describes and i couldn’t get not even couple of hours extra even when i explain it was emergency but i also get it business are business but was disappointed with the fact that they didn’t have more empathy for my situation

Loved the resort style condo and location.
Front gate had security and was gated but no security at the back entrance and gate was wide open. Beats the purpose of having security at front entrance. Washing machine was broken when we arrived and we had just came from a 5 day cruises. Washing machine was fixed after a few days. Staff also made arrangements for us to do our laundry, but it was still a little frustrating. Condo was not as clean as i was hoping.

Good location, clean, nicely decorated, and roomy!
Would just recommend that they don’t advertise toiletries unless there are enough for the stay. would recommend dispensers in the shower for shampoo body soap and conditioner to be filled. and some extra toilet paper.

Location
No on-site assistance for essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. We were given two rolls and 3 bags for an 11- night stay. Water park was two slides, a pool and a lazy river. No outside food or floaties permitted inside the gated area. Not convenient at all.
