The worst experience of my life

Nothing. Neither the property nor the staff

1. Rooms are matchbox sized. 2. I and my husband were with my 7 month old and 4 year old. Instead of being empathetic and helpful, the staff was rude, cold and inconsiderate. Rather the manager screamed at me and asked me to vacate the hotel at night with my kids. And that is just because I had a confusion about. They asked us to pay the entire sum beforehand while we wanted to make a part payment initially ( as mentioned on the website) and the remaining at departure. The manager threatened that the Hotel was owned by an MLA and that he would call the police if we don’ didn’t pay. We left the Hotel a day before we had planned. Not just this, the next day they were complaining that my baby was crying a lot, which is obvious when a mother is away and the entire staff was aware that I was out and my husband was alone taking care of both the kids. They should have rather offered help. It was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of our lives.

i would not recommend this property at all.

location is off the main highway and its amongst some nice mountains

overall not at all good. had late checkin and experience was really bad first room given had bad smell. blankets were not clean dont pay for breakfast they only gave poha and tea. couldn’t order anything else from kitchen

as per booking.com rating it was 8.2 but in reality it will be 5/6

did not like the property and was not a value for money

1.bottled water and 2.basic toiletry other than a small soap were not there. 3.There was no arrangement fir tea

Superb

The room was superb and moreover those facilities were outstanding. Location was near the station which is almost good . Best and affordable hotel .
