Hyatt Regency Ludhiana

I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. After travelling to India for the first time in 10 years, I was very happy to see how well the hotel has upgraded and how thoughtfully they take care of their guests. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, offered welcome drinks, and made sure I felt comfortable. Water was available at reception, and they consistently asked if there was anything else I needed. What stood out most was the personal attention and helpfulness of the staff. When I raised a concern about a price difference and explained that I had booked through Booking.com, they addressed the issue immediately and resolved it without making the process difficult. The staff were also very attentive with my luggage and even helped hold my handbag when needed. They guided me to my room and were consistently polite, well-mannered, and professional. I also appreciated how well they handled my laundry. When I mentioned that I needed a plug because the USB ports in my room were not working, they provided one promptly. The manager even came to my room personally, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that he would take care of the issue. He explained that he would look into replacing the plugs in the rooms with Canadian-compatible plugs, which I thought was a very thoughtful response to a small but important need for international guests. These small details made a big difference. I felt that the staff genuinely listened, took responsibility, and cared about making my stay comfortable. Overall, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. The cleanliness, hospitality, and thoughtful service made this hotel a pleasure to stay at, and I would be happy to return.

The only disappointment during my stay was that the room did not have a plug compatible with Canadian devices. As I was travelling from Canada, I was unable to use my straightener, curler, and other personal electrical appliances. I understand that this may seem like a small issue, but it can make a significant difference for international guests. I appreciated that the manager personally came to my room, apologized, and assured me that he would look into the matter. I hope the hotel will consider providing at least one Canadian-compatible plug or a suitable adapter in each room. Other than this, I was very happy with my stay and the service I received.

Was okay but loud music in the hall was bad and also service slow as staff were too busy with wedding parties

Loud music on both nights from the ballroom until midnight Drilling noises coming from hotel area near room and outside the hotel in the morning
