It was modern and clean with good facilities. I liked the interior design.
There wasn’t enough space to store clothes and the open plan bathroom wasn’t ok with me.

The location is close to Fira, around 10 min walk to the beautiful area.
The design is beautiful.
Breakfast is fairly small and does not change at all from day to day. There’a no shaded area to sit outside (just a super tiny bit next to the wall) so you have to sit inside.
The room was not clean and wasn’t cleaned properly from day to day- there were finger prints all over the window and door, the toilet seat was not cleaned once during our stay, the coffee cups were not replaced or partially replaced, there was no soap in the shower. We talked to the reception 3 times regarding the room not being properly cleaned and it barely helped…
The pool is too cold and there’s not enough seats around the pool, people come early to save seats. There’s also not enough shade near the pool.

The facility looks fantastic, everything is extremely beautiful and the fact you can get into Thira with such a short walk is great as it's a really nice walk looking the sea too. The rooms are modern, gym and spa really nice too.
Unfortunately, things like food, staff, hygiene, etc is not to 5 star level.
The breakfast is really not nice, I really struggled to eat as the food was always cold, I found hair in my food multiple times, and just felt like what you'd expect from a 3 star not a 5. I was disappointed for breakfast you're not offered a coffee and have to get it from a machine. Lunch wasn't great either, it's very expensive for what it is and I didn't think it's very fresh.
The stuff doesn't really seem bothered, I don't think any of them want to be there, it's not really what you'd expect from a 5 star. By the pool, I think I was asked if i wanted something to drink about twice in the whole week and when you have your lunch by the pool they don't come pick it up until the end of the day.
Hygiene, I don't think it's too clean. The pool always looks a little dirty and cloudy. We dropped some food on the floor by the the sun loungers, did our best to clean up but the day after it was still there, sign nobody cleaned the floors.
Overall I had a good experience but I don't think the hotel has 5 star service like advertised.
