The view was spectacular. The staff were exceptional. This includes the front desk and the gentlemen that carried luggage down two elevators and steps to our room just above the pool. Elena was very customer focused and professional. She helped making us comfortable around the pool and with breakfast. The cook though was spectacular with breakfast that we preselected the day before. Our room was just above the pool with a private balcony that we could watch the sunsets from. The pool was well mainand very refreshing. I would highly recommend this location.
If I had to note anything it would be the amount of stairs in rooms by the pool. Although, the stairs were workout to us.

The location was amazing and staff were great.
The stairs omg there are sooooo many and one lift not working so even more stairs. Also didn’t realize at time of booking that we would be so low down that we didn’t get the full impact of the view until we went back up to the stairs… 😩😩

Outstanding place, when we walked through the door we were blown away!!!
Room overlooking the caldera is outstanding and beautiful.
Staff are amazing and breakfast by the pool is delicious and plentiful.
We would love to return as soon as possible.
Lots of stairs but definitely worth it.
