About this house rental
Beautiful updated, remodeled home in the Tucson Mountain Foothills. Large backyard on 1/3 acre with outdoor kitchen, fire pit, seasonal pool and incredible mountain views. Perfect for family gatherings. Cook's kitchen with all the necessities you need to make family meals. 3 updated bedrooms with smart TV's. New updated bathrooms. Quiet family neighborhood. Lots of child friendly amenities: toys, books, dishes and swing set. The House You enter the cozy living room that houses books, games and toys for the youngsters. If you have to work there is a large desk to work on. Through the living room is the eat in kitchen. The table can seat 6 comfortably and we also have an extra chair for company. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. There is a keurig coffee maker but we also have a french press. All through the house you will notice usb ports. Master bedroom with en suite has a king bed. The lights have usb ports for charging phones and tablets, Huge walk in closet and dressers. Large flat screen smart TV. Master bath has a large walk in shower, warming towel bar and bluetooth speaker fan. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a large bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk in shower.. It also has a bluetooth speaker fan. 2nd bedroom has a queen sleep number bed. Lamps with usb ports. Flat screen TV. 3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be made into 2 twins or a king bed. Flat screen TV. Extra half bath. Large seasonal pool in the back with plenty of spaces to enjoy the desert. The pool is not heated. Large outdoor kitchen with custom grill, sink and fridge. Sit around the island and entertain the cook. Large patio table in the back is great for games. 2 fire pit areas. From any of the patios you get the best place to view the mountains. The house comes equipped with games, DVD's, high speed Wifi. We’re close to the University of Arizona, Desert Museum, downtown, freeway and 20 minutes from the airport.

Great house for families with kids of all ages. I have never stayed in a house that has everything you could possibly need, and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives, plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils, The house is very roomy so people can spread out. Bathrooms are lovely and we had plenty of thick towels. Location is convenient to stores and a short drive into town. We will be back!!

Had a really lovely stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard space was very picturesque. Checking in/out was easy and Cheryl was quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. Great place to stay in Tucson!

Excellent and prompt communication with the owner. She clearly cared about making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Lovely renovated home and back outdoor space with a pool, outdoor kitchen and dining, and a fire pit! Located in the northwest part of Tucson with lovely desert views. Close to shopping and restaurants. Superb organization inside the home with labels and instructions. Everything needed was provided, including lots of items for families traveling with young children and babies (which we did not need but we were impressed to see those things were available!) I would highly recommend this property for travelers to Tucson, and would definitely consider staying here again!

Private large peaceful backyard with beautiful views. House was very well stocked and prepared for families. Clean comfortable and easy drive to the university. We had a great stay. Would love to come back in pool season:)

We loved the house and the outdoor space. We used the pool and all three patios. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING a guest would need. Super desert setting.

If they'd let me...I'd buy this property in a heartbeat! It was perfect. Every detail - every nuance - every thing we could have possibly wanted or needed was provided from coffee to sunscreen. Beds were comfortable. Real REAL furniture! Gorgeous vintage and antique pieces really set a good tone. No cheap, uncomfortable ikea junk here. That is appreciated!!
Lots of extra everything! Blankets, towels...ALL of it. Property mgrs were incredible(Mindy & Mr). Kudos to them! We've stayed in many, many vacation rentals and these two folks & this place should be used as a model for all others.
To reiterate - it's impossible to capture how outstanding this home is in photos. I tried! 🤣🤣 We never felt crowded - backyard is stunning. Outdoor kitchen is an actual "kitchen"!

Visit with mom
House was very much as advertised. Backyard was really beautiful with the 3 different areas. Very quiet area. Wish the mosquitoes hadn’t of been so bad to where we could have utilized it a lot more. Mom (who lives outside of Tucson) stayed with us which gave her somewhat of a mini vacay and allowed us all to be together after not seeing one another for a couple years. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We moved in my son at UofA and the location was great, only 15 minutes to the University. Check-in and communication with Melinda, the property manager, were great. Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family of six, stayed here for a week. The garden and views are exceptional. Enjoyed the good sized pool (lots of fun floats) and many outdoor seating options that offered beautiful views of the nearby mountains. We often saw rabbits, lizards and quail in the yard and wash behind the house. The most obvious animal we saw and heard from sunrise to sundown was the mourning dove. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, spices and the like. Only 20 mins. to the airport and Saguaro National Park (west).

We stayed at this beautiful home while we celebrated my sons graduation from UofA. The yard was the highlight, although this home has many thoughtful touches throughout. It was the perfect place to relax between activities, enjoy meals al fresco, and to watch wildlife. Mornings on the patio were ideal. I was very impressed with the effort that has gone into making the yard such a perfect retreat. The views onto the arroyo and up into the mountains were lovely.
The owners also put great care into making the home welcoming. The information on the house was easy to use (except maybe the lighting outside), the kitchen was well equipped, and the house had just about everything we needed. I have rarely stayed at a VRBO that has put so much thought into what would be useful to have in the house. The beds were very comfortable, although I would recommend having the third bedroom as twins, instead of a King. That bed was not so comfortable according to my son. The bathrooms are spacious and have gorgeous tile, plenty of towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The only challenge was a dishwasher that did not open all the way and an ice maker that didn't seem to work. These were very minor inconveniences and I would still stay at this house again. It is located just far enough out of town to feel like you are getting away from it all, but close enough that nothing is a far drive. The access to hiking and the mountains was another plus.
The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns, and is easy and pleasant to interact with. Any issues were dealt with quickly and easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

The wash just below the property is a corridor for birds and other desert wildlife, and 200 degree views of the mountains from the terraced patios served as a special backdrop for family dinners and breakfasts al fresco. The pool is large and inviting, with plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys. The house is well-supplied and kid-friendly.

This was PERFECT for our group. The multiple-level patio is great; plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Tucson sunshine. The location provides easy access to all areas of Tucson. The house has great WiFi as our daughter worked remotely for part of our stay. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely want to stay here.
