The space was a great value to be right on the beach! It was a great experience for my family to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or head down stairs for the beach or the pool! It wasn't to far from food or stores either!!

I doubt this ever gets public exposure, but here goes...we were disappointed in the condo. I took several photos to document the issues. First, the sheets did not fit the queen (master) bed. There is a blue heron living on the property (the residents have named Wilbur) that defecates on balconies and pool surface. The pool or pool surface was never cleaned while we were there and Wilbur cleans his fish in the pool water before eating (there was also a dead fish on bottom of pool). There was not a complete set of silverware. The cookware was filthy and stained. The floors were dirty (you can see where a rug once sat in front of the kitchen sink). The furniture was falling apart, old and of 'garage sale' quality. It would have been nice to have more than one extra trash bag. There were places on the ceiling where the drywall had fallen off. The wi-fi was mediocre at best. The towels were of cheap 'shop towels' quality as well as the toilet paper. We were allowed 2 parking spots (and paid an extra $50), but with repairs on next building over, and those folks using the same parking lot, there would have been no way to have had 2 spots; and the Vacasa workers took up spots on and off throughout the day. We also noticed non-renters/owners would park and access the beach without a parking tag that no one monitors. All in all, to make this a much nicer place would really not take that much money. It's sad it wasn't better taken care of. On the up side, the view was beautiful, the small and large appliances were nice, the water pressure was great, and check in/out was easy. Will we stay here again? Not at the price we paid.

We rented this place because it was equip with a washer & dryer so we could wash my daughters uniforms. Dryer sounded like it was about to blow up, refrigerator leaked water all over food, left piles of water in the bottom of refrigerator, there were no dish towels, wash cloths, no skillet to cook with, no measuring cups, no measuring spoons, the knife they had couldn’t cut sliced bread! No blankets but one bedspread that was so light that we had to go buy blankets! We also had to go buy a skillet, measuring cups, spoons, wash cloths, dish towels! No parking whatsoever! They gave you 2 parking passes, but if you didn’t leave your vehicle there all day you would have to park down the street which we had to do twice! It really stunk having to do that after a long day at the ballpark! What really sucked was having to find a laundry mat at 10:00 pm to wash softball uniform because I couldn’t use the dryer! Maintenance did come, he listened to dryer said don’t use it as it sounded like it was metal scrubbing, he turned down the refrigerator said that would fix the problem. All it did was make our food warm and speed up the water leaking on my food. I sent messages and videos to vassca company with them not responding! Highly upset and hope they update this condo as it’s really not in the best shape! Needs a complete makeover!

The view was great! Railing needs some painting, bathroom door needs to be fixed; got locked in there more than once. The kitchen is a bit out dated; no biggie. The elevator didn’t work the whole time of the trip. The sliding door going from the living room to the balcony wasn’t easy to open, it also doesn’t lock 🙃 5/10… would possibly recommend

This condo met our needs. It’s a little dated, but met all of our needs. We’re low maintenance beach goers. -Storm drains need unclogging. Parking lot floods (city problem). -Some of the back bedroom outlets don’t work. -Back closet door won’t open. -Back bathroom light flickers. -Back bathroom popcorn ceiling is peeling as well as ceiling in back bedroom. -Patio door sticks. -Doorknob to washer/dryer side of front bathroom sticks and doesn’t come unlatched. -Front bathroom toilet is extremely sluggish as mentioned in several previous reviews. -Clothes dryer (it’s old) makes loud noise. -Coffee maker malfunctioned a few times. We will bring our own next time. ***FYI- we didn’t bring a canopy, but please note that canopies are not allowed on the beach. People were being ticketed for canopies too close to the shoreline. We brought umbrellas. I noticed some people brought “Coolcabanas” and those were apparently acceptable. ***FYI Outdoor grills are located on other side of pool. Very close to the beach, which was nice because we didn’t have to rucksack hike to set up each day. We’re all day beach people too! This is a huge plus! As I mentioned before, we’re low maintenance beach goers and would definitely stay here again.
