The location of the property was very nice and the walk to the beach was short so it was easier to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and silverware - the bed was comfortable and the wi-fi was very efficient.
I specifically asked for a room on the corner of the building on the highest floor possible when I booked, I promptly received a reply from your business stating: We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request. - Those were the only two requests that I had and when we arrived we were placed on the first floor... when I said something at the office all the girl said was, "oh, well" - that is very unprofessional and was the exact opposite of what we asked for. Why would you ask if a guest has any special requests prior to booking if you are simply going to ignore what they asked for? We were extremely disappointed as a result - the entire reason that we chose this location was due to the height of the building and the hope that we would be placed on an upper level floor to have the view of the gulf that we wanted while staying here.
