The room was clean and communication with the host was quick and easy. I didn’t see where they stated how many parking passes were included. There was one with what we paid for and had to pay for additional parking pass. We were able to get it within a couple of hours after checking in for an additional 50.

My family loved the view of the beach from the 16th floor. And all three bedrooms had a porch with a view of the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room! The place was clean and well outfitted. They supplied some essentials in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. If you stay is more than a couple days you will need to resupply dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper.

Clean, beautiful view, easy check-in. We’ve stayed in this building 5x, each time a new condo. The only issue was the immediate smell upon checking in. Smelled like musty wet beach carpet smell even though place was all tile. Usually means moisture has settled somewhere but we bought aerosols to help combat it. Beds were comfortable and deck furniture was nice as most units don’t have table and Adirondacks. Overall pleased with the unit. Without the smell would have been a 5 of 5, so have to go 4 of 5.

Ice maker didn't work and main sliding glass door would not open. It could not be fixed during our stay which was very disappointing. We would bothered by all the maintenance visits.
