Overall experience was ok

Clean pool

That it was 1x stocked. Specially towels had to pay 35$ fee for new clean towels and ran out of toilet paper

Very satisfied with location, comfort and friendliness of the staff. The bathroom needs a Reno.

I thought the property was excellently located. The Condo was very comfortable, especially the beds. However, the bathroom, although clean, is in real need of a renovation. Keeping the grout cleaner would have helped.

Great location and amenities, friendly and courteous staff, wonderful layout of rental unit. Loved the oceanfront Livingroom AND bedroom. Really enjoyed the views, the sunrise each day, & relaxing on the balconies.

The other units to each side and below us were all smoking on their balconies and the smoke and smell was carrying into our unit even with everything closed up. I have asthma and also get migraines from cigarette smoke and it bothered me at times.

Oceanview, pool, lazy river, access to beach, towels

Broken safe in room, blanket for pull out bed, size of bed pillows, shower curtain wasn't clean, dead flies in hot tub, having to walk to front desk for pool towels, 2 of 5 floatees deflated

Patricia Grand was garbage and a waste of money.

Family time

We didn't like being on the 19th floor waited so long for the elevators, parking garage terrible. Nets flew alllll night in the room. Room wasn't cleaned as it should have been especially when Covid-19 is still on the rise. I regret ever booking with Booking. Com

We pay for a Penthouse and we got just an apartment in a 6th floor with people on top and on the bottom smoking and with a party

overall we enjoyed ourselves except for have to be out early

the view was excellent and the cleanliness of the room except for the elevator

didn’t like that one of the stuff members kept looking at us and felt like he was following us. the elevator smelled and was hot inside. 10 o’clock is to early for a checkout time

Overall it was a decent stay.

I loved the location, how close it was to the beach and dining. The room was nice and it was comfy.

I was hoping that someone would come clean the room during our stay. Our beds were left for us to clean. Also there was a lot of dust. The bedroom window also leaked when it was raining and the wind blew through the window when the window does not open at all.

Very frustrating

Shower had horrible pressure, end tables in living room were nasty, floor was gross turning feet black, couch was very dirty, could not get tv to work, not enough necessary utensils and pots and pans in kitchen to cook, front desk lady was not very inviting and pools needed to be cleaned.

Perfect view, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed and more for us to cook for our family

Shower curtain needed to be cleaned....the hotel allowed pets and there was a lot of dogs but for some reason the hotel stated on my confirmation that pets wasn't allowed.

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was extremely nice. The oceanfront view was awesome. I will return.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I like being able to see the ocean from the sitting area and bedroom.

I wish the kitchen had a dishwasher. The tv was unplug. After finding the plugs, the tv controls were a little difficult to manage. However, this issue was resolved.
