The location and the vintage feel.
Parking was limited and there is no back exit to the overflow parking. Very limited gluten free breakfast options. Suggestion to add oatmeal packets.

Location, parking and reception staff all good. Would be a good idea to list availability or washing machine and microwave in lobby area.
There was no restaurant, just an eating area with minimal food for breakfast and no choice, this lowers the rating considerably. There was also no bar, the description of the hotel and images of these areas need to be updated. Room was OK but cramped due to enormous bed. Rugs needed cleaning. We knew there was no lift but that was a pain, we chose an upstairs room because noise from the bar was mentioned but the bar was closed.
