Exceptional
The location was great to visit the wineries in the UCO valley! Beautiful and tranquil. Great food and massage. Staff was fantastic! Friendly and always there to assist with activities.
Pool was half full and not maintained. It was record heat wave and we were looking forward to swimming.

Not worth it at all, service not matching the price point.
The overall estate is really beautiful, it is close to Tunuyan and quite easy to access. Being not far away from Mendoza (by car) or Valle de Uco (by car), it is in the sweet spot for being close enough to many places. Notes for the part down below: It is not worth the price at all. During our stay we had many inconveniences that made it an unpleasant and non-recommendable stay. We had the possibility to do some amazing stuff in our Mendoza trip and stay in other well-rounded resorts and have some very nice gastronomic experiences. So I reckon we had a good benchmark to write what is being shared below.
1) 30 days prior to arrival we were informed that an event was going to be held at the hotel restaurant, and invited us to pay $$$ to attend. One day prior to arrival, we were informed that the Regional Chamber of Commerce was helding the event. When we arrived, 500 people were having a huge festival in the gardens of the property (not in the closed restaurant). This included loud music until 1AM (my partner had fever and couldn't sleep), the closure of every facility of the property (pool, sauna, restaurant, gym) for that day. What disappointed the most is the fact that they didn't inform what the event was going to be about. Honestly for such a party every hotel would close the residential facility or allow the client to decide whether they want to deal with the event or not. And refund accordingly before the stay even takes place. But they seemed to just want every penny (more on that later). 2) At 12AM we went down to complain about the noise, no-one cared. They just informed us "60 more minutes and it's done, we're sorry". We were expecting something in return, no one approached and apologised during the next two days until the moment we had to pay. 3) When we went to pay, I asked for a full refund of the first night and they offered 15% discount, which I think was ridiculous. They would have never offered the discount if I wouldn't have asked. 30 minutes after paying, the receptionist came to me asking for more money, as she had made the wrong calculation (a mere amount vs the total price). And actually, the calculation was correct. It seemed that she'd be getting trouble for an unexisting imbalance. 3) Pidgeon plague woke us up every morning 6AM. No real measures are being taken to fight this and it was really discusting to have 6 pigeons coming and going from our terrace constantly. 4) Breakfast was average for the price. I have uploaded the video captures to Google, can't include them here.

Nice place, excelente food!
The space, the peace, the food was excellent!!
The installation. We didn't have a table to receive service room, didn't have enough outlets and the acoustics wasn't the best..we heard the guests in the other room talking as if they were inside

Beautiful place to relax
Nice place, near nature and very calm. Great breakfast Good restaurant - quality and options.
Every room on booking pictures showed bathtubs, but ours didn't have. Price conversion dollar to BRL passed a lot estimated price compared to our reservation.
