Good location, close to the big shopping mall. It won't be super quiet but it's also fine. Beautiful views of the city from the top floor.
Really comfortable room for staying. Bedroom+living room+kitchen, it's like a apartment. The room is spacious and perfect for relaxation.
Perfect choice for family.

The fact that they scam you with taxes. We came very early to be able to do everything correctly. Once there my Revolut card didn’t went neither the 2 other ones ( it can happen , very strange tho cuz it went in the restaurants and shopping places ) the lady asked if I had enough money in my bank account ?! I didn’t heard them asking that to someone else ?!. Maybe because we looked young and tired anyway then a lady said that we had to take the money out in their currency which I asked if we could do in dollars too, she said no. Once I took the money out with 8 euros of taxes every 200 000 clp ( so 32 euros of taxes ). We went in to the hotel with the money and she said it would have more taxes because it was in CLP not in dollars ! Once I asked were to change the money to dollars she said that it was too late cuz it closed 20 minutes before. !! They told me that if it wasn’t in dollars they had to charge 168 euros more due to taxes !!!! And you cannot cancel or transfert the money cuz it’s un refundable, So be very careful !!

Air conditioning did not work, it was working as fan only. A/C controls were completely useless.
