El tamaño de la habitación y el desayuno muy bueno

Al llegar, la habitación que me estaban asignando no era la que yo había reservado, se resolvió pero la habitación correcta no estaba tan limpia como me hubiera gustado y la cuna que solicite no estaba. En breve solucionaron el tema de la cuna. El colchón de la cama requería cambio sonaban y se sentían los resortes y el aire acondicionado sonaba demasiado, a mi parecer requería mantenimiento o una correcta instalación.

Mala atención del personal

El desayuno muy bueno, a pesar de estar en otro hotel a una cuadra de distancia. El personal de limpieza muy amable.

La atención del personal de recepción. La atención de Catalina, recepcionista, pésima. Ningún interés en ayudar y de malas ganas. Claramente no tiene ganas de trabajar ahí. Como huésped fue muy desagradable tener que tratar con ella.

Excelente ubicación, comodidad, piscina, desayuno Buffet.

La piscina en la terraza es espectacular para refrescarse después de una jornada. El desayuno Buffet fue excelente para todos los gustos. Cama cómoda. Televisión con aplicaciones de Streaming.

El aire acondicionado estaba en mal estado (no enfría, solo emite un fuerte ruido) decidimos apagarlo para dormir bien. El equipo de sonido es algo obsoleto. Las sillas de la habitación están un poco viejas.

Nice stay for a family with kids

Nice apartment that had enough room for me and my 3 kids. Great location, good breakfast at a nearby hotel (3 mins walk), easy parking, hot showers, air conditioner (noisy but working well).

There was no duvet cover on the blankets, only sheets, but blankets did not look clean at all. You need both duvet covers and sheets in beds.

excellent value in Los Condes walkable neighborhood

proximity to Tobalaba & El Golf metro breakfast was good, hot scrambled eggs, buffet style with coffee. served off premise a short walk in nice neighborhood at the sister hotel restaurant. kitchenette small but effective. sun deck with small pool was awesome.

mini fridge needed updating and dish towels would be nice.

Breakfast was brought to us, since we were checking out pretty early. Great mix of yummy goodies.

Shower tile/grouts needs repairs and maintenance. Dated living room furniture. No plugs to charge phone near beds.

Exceptional

The location is great, you can walk till Sky Costanera and the Bicentenario Park. Near good restaurants and stores. Unfortunately it's not close to any subway or metro station. The breakfast is great and we tried the pool, the sauna and the gym.

I truly believe that the only "problem" is that it's not so close to the subway

Nice hotel, good value for money in a good location

Breakfast is across the street, very good breakfast, many options. The bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Good service - twice a day - to clean the room and to do the night preparation.

Great stay in a fairly quiet area close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

This was our second stay in Time Suite. Although the room was exactly as the one before but one level down, this room was better kept and it looked better kept.

Excellent location, good breakfast (1/2 block away).

Front desk staff were great.

Our room safe was not working, the kitchen tap had a loud drip. and shower heads only pointed straight down so hard to shower. The whole room although comfortable needs a bit of a spruce up as showing it’s age.

Disappointing and overpriced

Kind cleaning staff who were on hand to help.

Time Suites would've been a nice place to stay fifteen years ago but it has not kept up with international standards. Apartments were clean but looked tired, with important details that no longer work well, for example my room key kept failing, utensils and furniture needed replacing. Lots of noise from a neighbouring garage with cars going in & out at night. Poor breakfast selection, with few options for those with dietary restrictions (vegan/gluten free/lactose) and no variation day to day. The staff are doing their best and were on hand to help but considering what they charge I'd be tempted to look for an alternative next time.

Great place

Great room, big. Stereo had a take deck..pretty retro lol . No wine glasses but they brought them. Nice hi end food store on the corner nearby

Breakfast was lame not great...blame covid I guess. They seemed to think I was alone and brought 1 breakfast..I clearly booked for 2.
