location great - easy walk to cafes; shops; restaurants and cable car; comfy beds; spacious; we had a room on 8th floor

Breakfast was very good.
Location was ideal, in the centre for restaurants etc.
Area felt very safe in the evening,
Key card for lift was problematic.
Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

The hotel is located in the center of a very attractive neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers are at a walking distance.
The staff was very helpful, especially the cleaning ladies, who made everything possible to make us feel comfortable.
The pictures on the website have nothing to do with the reality. The interior of the apartments shows a great deal of decay. No ornaments in the walls or floor. Bathrooms and furniture in poor conditions. No hot water for a couple of days, with no warning or explanation. No heat. (This made our stay especially difficult, since it was very cold in Santiago)
