the location is best location in Santiago and good breakefast, clean and well designed room, staff are very helpful and nice roof pool. Wonderful venue
Personel do not know English well. However with translation application this is ok. Overall Ladera is good hotel

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. They helped with all our enquiries and were really friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed, close to the parks and restaurants.
Our bed had a problem the first night but the staff fixed it immediately.

The hotel could be nice but rooms are mostly on the street side and noisy
Breakfast below par with very limited offering. Bad coffee and additional charges for an espresso. Location is nice although far from restaurants and bars
