Hotel was comfortable and well run and in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel team were friendly, helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend Los Espanoles Plus for anyone visiting Santiago.

A quiet and cute hotel in a pleasant area. Wonderfully helpful and polite staff. The cleaners really have a knack for keeping things tidy. Especially suitable for solo travellers, people travelling with any kind of special service needs, and/or families with young children.
The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant has a decent clientele. The gym is quite small but very functional. The pool area is beautiful. Special attention has been given to safety.
The hotel is already a well-maintained entity. I would perhaps invest in firmer mattresses for the future, but that may be a matter of taste.

Good service overall. Everything was clean and well organized. It was also convenient for the cars picking me up to stop and park.
At reception, they could have been a little more flexible in allowing me to check in before the official time, especially considering that my room was already ready and that I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving early. For checking in just 2–3 hours before the official time, I was charged half of the daily room rate. I understand that this may be hotel policy, but I believe there could have been more flexibility. This is something that will make me think twice about staying at this hotel on my next visit to Santiago.
