Escapada Romántica

Excelente lugar. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación es increíblemente cómoda. La hospitalidad de los trabajadores. El bar es fabuloso y el bartender muy talentoso.

Lo único desagradable es que la loza (platos y vasos) del buffet tenían olor a "huevo" lo que me provoco nauseas y no pude disfrutar mi desayuno de la mejor manera.

Tuve un percance, con servicio que cuando ya realizamos check-in, tuvimos ingreso a nuestra habitación cerca de 3 oportunidades sin tocar la puerta, situación muy incómoda, eso es entorpecer la estadía, pero llame a recepción y no sucedió nuevamente, lo único que quedamos con desconfianza, que ingresarán nuevamente.

Excellent hotel a very pleasant stay.

Nice staff, good location next to restaurants and shops and to large green areas to enjoy nature. Room was a suite which was large with all the amenities and very comfortable. The breakfast was great with friendly staff.

The gym could be updated and enlarged. It needs new ellipticals and weights. Also the location is relatively far from the old city center but there is access to public transportation.

Reasonably good stay overall. Need to be more prompt in room cleaning and provide few coffee pods.

Breakfast, location and room are good. Girls in the front desk are friendly and helpful.

Room cleaning was not done in time. We came back after an all-day trip to find the room wasn.t done. Needed to call front desk several times to have somebody clean it. Ran out of body wash in the shower. Asked several times, never replenished. No coffee pod in the room. They are saying they give it only to specific rooms. Not sure how much they cost but they could have provided at least few coffee pods in the room.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de líneas de subte y hay varios comercios cercanos. El hotel es limpio y el servicio es excelente.

Me pareció demasiado caro, quizás fue la epoca del año.

Limpeza, chegamos os lençóis estavam sujos, pedimos para trocar e tivemos que mudar de quarto.

Muito boa, seguro e moderno.

O hotel é ótimo, super novinho. O café da manhã é super bom. Localização ótima, ao lado do metrô, farmácias e restaurantes, tem um shoppingzinho ao lado, que é bem típico com coisas da região, o que é muito bom para turistas como nós. O Allan que trabalha no restaurante a noite é muito simpático e sempre pronto para ajudar. O jantar do hotel não é muito bom... A comida é meio sem gostou ou temperada demais, pedi 1 salada em um dia e 1 sopa em outro e não estavam muito bons... Legal que também tem uma máquina para trocar dinheiro, aceita real, dólar e euro, para alguma emergência, é ótimo.

Não passa cartão de débito internacional. Até passa, mas é cobrado 20% do valor final. Achei bem estranho. Cartão de crédito passa tranquilamente.

Definitely recommend this hotel. A little expensive compairing with the surrounding ones though.

Breakfast superb , location superb plus (4 blocks away from major mall, 1 block away from subway) , Room : the one with 2 twin beds were super spacious and comfy.

I did not like the fact I was charged with an extra during check out due to "volatility of CLP/USD exchange rate" . The Hotel should ve had honor the initial amount from the reservation.

Another male guest was somehow given an access card to my room and entered my room late at night which was a frightening experience especially given the recent elevated crime in Santiago. Duty manager attempted to explain but no apology and could not understand that their access card program system is flawed and needs an urgent correction to avoid such a serious error which could have had a much worse outcome especially if the situation happened to a woman.

Good all in all, no big complaints, just a bit expensive for what you get

Breakfast was nice, and breakfast staff were awesome! Room was cleaned well each day, also cleaning staff were great. All in all a good hotel, but probably not worth the price point.

Pool super cold, and not a lot of sun up there, but it's good. Gym quite basic, but can get a simple workout done.
