All the staff was friendly, they arranged a convenient room to be close to other relatives. The breakfast was amazing! Location is also amazing.
Doesn't have a pool, in summer that could be convenient given the intense heat in this city

Clean room, bed and pillows were comfortable, staff was nice, the restaurant in 2nd floor (Olam) is one of the best in Chile and probably one of the best in Southamerica.
Room was very small, good for a solo traveler.
Breakfast was below benchmark for similar hotels, 'fresh' fruit wasn't fresh at all.
