It is very well located and the stuff are nice
Chile it is very expensive, so, this hotel is not cheap for the return of service, but if you consider how much more expensive the others hotels are in Chile....maybe is acceptable?

Nice environment and room, cleanness, excellent breakfast, great location
Reception, at check in there was just one person at front desk and around 20 people checking in, it took me about 45 minutes to get my turn

This was an excellent choice for my business trip to Santiago. The room was reasonably comfortable despite being a bit small - although the slide-out closet was genius - and it was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and accommodating despite me knowing only enough Spanish to apologize for not speaking Spanish. The breakfast was pretty standard fare but pleasant enough, and I liked being able to take it outside on the veranda. I did not eat at the rooftop restaurant, but I did appreciate stopping up for a drink in the evening with its spectacular views. The location in Providencia was perfect; there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the metro is right around the corner. I would stay here again without hesitation.
My only complaint was that the bed in my room was a little less comfortable than I am used to. Maybe it just needs a decent mattress pad underneath, but it did impact my sleep a little.

The hotel and room itself was nice and clean.
1. In the description, it highlights that there's a coworking space available, but when I arrived, only certain people had access to that level. This was unfortunate as I was working remotely at the time and was the main reason why I booked this hotel.
2. The most severe strike was when I was in my room packing and a woman entered my room who I'm 99% sure wasn't from housekeeping (after she closed the door, I went out to see if she was, but there was nobody in the hallway.) As a solo traveler, this is completely unacceptable and not safe.
