Staff attention was very good. The hotel is solid, if a bit dated on the building. Attention to security was excellent.
As an older building, the location of outlets is not extremely convenient (nothing next to the bed for example). Plus all outlets only handled the Chilean standard plugs (Bring Converters).

We only stayed for one night & it was wonderful. Staff were nice, room was clean, & location is close to everything. Breakfast was delivered to our room - sandwiches, yoghurt & juice.

The location
the executive rooms are on the ground floor so my room had the window on the parking entrance. it was really cold and there was no hot water. after complaining I got upgraded to a standard room which was much better!
