The environment, the staff. Location
Netflix didn’t work at all. The shower had mold. The fragrance everywhere little strong. I made the reservations through bookkeepings and they never told me there were 4 different categories of rooms. Now that I have Hub direct contact I can communicate directly in the future

Convenient location and very friendly helpful staff.
Shower head needs a good scrub and the shower clogged. Raised this with staff.

Very nice place, great location, hotel felt clean and new. Staff was very nice.
Wifi was a little slow but overall the hotel was great.

Fantastic location. Close to various restaurants, shops, and a market. Quiet and safe street.
The bed actually isn´t a bed. It´s a sofa bed.
The mattress wasn't that good. It made spring noises and had a dip in it.
The entire room (including the towels) smelled of vinegar.
