Very new and clean, and stylish. Breakfast was amazing as well.
Also they allowed me to enter the room although I arrived there like at 7am. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
Maybe a mug in a room would be great - there are only small paper cups for nespresso

The bed was very comfortable. They have a great breakfast. And great location.

Good location, safe neighbourhood, the hotel is clean and new.
Even though I booked via Booking, my french payment card (VISA Premier) was not accepted by their system for prepayment (it works just fine in other countries such as Peru, Bolivia, Europe, the U.S, Asia, etc.) so they told me I could pay when I arrive.
When I arrived at around 9PM, my card was declined as a credit card so they told me I had 2 options: pay cash in US Dollars (why USD???) and avoid the local tax of +19% OR continue payment with my card but as a debit card in Chilean Pesos and pay +19% in tax.
Since it was 9PM I couldn't find USD in cash so I had to pay as a debit card. Instead of paying 293$ USD as written on Booking, I was ultimately charged 368$ USD because on top of the +19% taxes, they used their conversion rate to convert USD in Chilean Pesos, increasing even more the final price, I paid 25% than I should have!
What I really did not appreciate and made feel scammed is that even though they apply their regulations, they did not inform me of this weird regulation until the moment I arrived, even though we were in contact like 7 days before my arrival, which would have let me plenty of time to prepare and find USD in cash and avoir paying 25% more than due initially. Instead, they wanted to make sure I'd come and not cancel my trip...
Oh, and the swimming pool is ridiculously small, they used ultra wide angle for the photos...
For the same price you can get a much better hotel, I would not recommend.
