Excellent, helpful staff
Really good location - safe and public transport accessible and efficient. Also quiet so slept well.
Decent breakfast although the coffee wasn't great.
I had room 36 and the bathroom, although clean, was definitely in need of a refurb. Several large enamel repairs on the bath and the door looked like it had previously been very water damaged so warped with blistered paint

Good healthy breakfast with reserved tables, nice variety of soft drinks in the room mini bar and also snacks.
There was a very noisy guest or possibly a resident of the building in the room above me who was constantly shouting "senorita senorita" throughout the day and night. This might be unique to my stay if it was another guest, but if its a resident... it is very disturbing.
