Staff were very friendly and there is always someone at reception.
The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos, and was a strange design - I opened the front door and there was a sink in front of it, which was separate to the bathroom (which consequently had no sink). Everything was quite dated. The bedsheets had some stains. $90 for one night felt a little overpriced.

The location was nice, it was centrally located and close to the metro while still being on a quiet street.
There were lots of little things that I didn’t like. First, I requested the room with the balcony and the balcony was so tiny only one person could stand on it. The pictures made it seem like it would be much bigger and nicer but because they put me on the second floor it was right above the front roof of the building. The room was also a lot smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom was clean but old, the water pressure was week and even the trash bin did not work well, it needs to be replaced. My check in experience was also disappointing, I asked for an early check in since my flight got in the morning. I was denied and told check in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 4 pm, and then I was asked to wait for 15 minutes without an explanation. Also there are no elevators so if you have a heavy luggage take this into account. Finally there was a strong bleach scent.
