O atendimento do Rodrigo foi excelente!
Responde rápido, compreende o português e é muito atencioso. Nos deu diversas dicas de passeios e lugares para visitar em Santiago. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
A localização é ótima, cerca de 5 minutos a pé do metrô.

O hotel é bem localizado. Tem uma pegada de hostel te dando possibilidade de cozinhar, tomar chá, café sempre que quiser. Tem a comodidade de alugar roupas para neve lá mesmo, sem precisar sair para alugar. E nos dias de passeios, que se iniciam antes do café da manhã, eles fazem um kit para que você leve e tome seu café da manhã. Tudo bem organizado e limpo.
Achei apenas o colchão muito mole. Sem mais queixas.

Tinka é um daqueles lugares que deixa saudade!!
Fechei esse hotel pelas excelentes recomendações e pude ver na prática o porquê ele é tão bem avaliado. O Rodrigo é um excelente anfitrião, muito gentil e solícito desde o momento da reserva até nossa saída.
O ponto alto sem dúvidas é o cafezinho com snacks disponível 24h por dia, isso facilita demais. Cheguei muito tarde no hotel e esses snacks nos salvou. O lanchinho que é preparado para levar para o passeio é excelente.
O hotel é muito organizado, o quarto tem um tamanho ideal e a cama é enorme.
Amamos tudo! Quando eu voltar a Santiago, com certeza ficarei no Tinka

Rodrigo and Laritza were extremely helpful.
Several things:
1. The room size and the bed were reasonably good. But the pillows were not comfortable.
2. Room decor: Looked like cheap Chinese workmanship with wallpapers pealing at different places.
3. Room freshening: Done once in 3 days! Hotels don’t do that.
4. Breakfast: Laritza went out of her way to be helpful. But the offerings were just nothing out of the ordinary!
5. The coffee machine display said you could make “cafe latte,” but other than the display, it can’t do that.
6. I was taken by the term hotel in the name. Hotels have reception and staff manning the reception. Nothing of that sort here!
7. Reception desks at hotels have some basic information for tourists. Nothing here!
