Susan, the manager, was superb, being extremely helpful, assisting us in any way she could.

Excellent breakfast and excellent coffee, served either in the dining or the outdoor patio -- both lovely.

Nice boutique hotel in Santiago

The location was very nice, calm, and walkable. The room was comfortable and the owner was extremely friendly.

The hot water in the shower was not working properly, otherwise everything was great.

Exceptional

The Quiral is in a quiet location and the facilities are exceptional. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious although we had to miss it on the second day due to an early start.

Faded Glory

Comfortable room, good location. The minimal staff try very hard.

The hotel seemed “unloved” and has been allowed to decay since our last visit 4 years ago. Garden very untidy with discarded Xmas lights and broken furniture stored outside. A large hole in the dining room ceiling caused by water leak. A once fabulous hotel needs a make over.

Defn recommend!!

Loved the location - near the center but a bit further away. Very close to restaurants in barrio Italia and within walking distance. Reception was very helpful in finding a laundromat for me. Great staff! Breakfast was amazing!! Loved it! They also made me a packed snack for an early morning flight

Charming and convenient.

Breakfast was great; staff helpful; area close to the Italian quarter; damage by protesters minimal, good security and charming decor. Small private library for reading contained maps and local guides.

I paid at the front desk, not through booking.com. The hotel, like the airport, did not accept pre-paid cards. That's the only thing I'd change. Oh, and get a lift.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast

Breakfast was excellent Staff were helpful and friendly Good security on the hotel. Location was good - approx 25 min into central Santiago A couple of bars and cafes within a few mins walk. Lots of English speaking cable tv channels Rooms had aircon

Bring your own body wash - soap was extremely floral and overwhelming Bathrooms seemed a little tired. Location was a few blocks away from a lot of demonstrations/civil unrest.

A quaint place which is very comfortable and very nice

Too limited staff and no chef, though the staff tries their very best to meet every expectation of the guests.

In the middle of Providencia

Small boutique hotel.well appointed. Very nice staff

The wi-fi was patchy , flaky paint in bathroom

Exceptional

Lovely hotel and the rooms were very roomy. Location to cbd was also excellent, with maybe a 10 min walk. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was just right with great eggs.
