It was great! Everything including the staff were friendly and helpful
Stocking up the fridge with items for sale new to us. Maybe to make it optional. So guest who are familiar with it can request for it specially eithee at check in or during their stay.

The room itself and its size.
The fact that the window was dirty due to the repair works on the façade. Not possible to open the window.
No kettle in the room.

Nice, typical hotel. Room was bigger than expected, clean and nice. In a nice neighborhood in Santiago
Bed was a lil uncomfy, also found it weird that they make you pay extra for breakfast.

Location
Services at reception. Asked for tv remote control 5 times and there were no solution. Very poor.
