24-hour reception with extremely helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Air conditioning. Good water pressure. Great location. Will consider staying again if the WiFi issue is fixed.
The WiFi is advertised as fast, but it is not, and was highly unreliable when it did connect. The person at the reception desk admitted that it was quite intermittent, and it did keep disconnecting every fifteen minutes or so. Strangely, it would refuse to connect to certain websites (DuckDuckGo, Reddit) while being fine with others (Google). As I needed WiFi for my work during the week, it was quite inconvenient.

The location was really great, next to the subway and big shopping centre, only a few stops away from the city
The room needs significant renovation, it's really tired and has areas that were just shabby. It was clean, but shabby
