You get what you pay for. This is a functional hotel with small but clean and well-maintained rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the location — it would be hard to find a better spot in Santiago. The surroundings are safe, public transport connections are excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. However, the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. Despite complaining several times at the front desk, the issue was never resolved. As someone very tech-savvy, I can confidently say the problem was not on my end. Reliable connectivity is a must in today’s world.
On one occasion, my bathroom was also left uncleaned.
These are all fixable issues, and aside from them, my overall experience was positive.
