Free parking, large apartment good size for the 6 of us. Plenty of places to eat close by and paid laundry facilities onsite.
Had to make beds for our 5th and 6th guest, even though the booking was for 6 people. When we asked at reception to have someone make the bed, they said they don’t do that. Having booked for 6 people, we sort of expected the beds to have been made up.

Location is perfect, close to subway, bus, mall, and the main avenue. Staff is always great. Beds are very comfortable and the room soundproofing is remarkable.
The water pressure could be improved slightly.

Well located and walking distance to parque arauco mall but on a corner of a very busy road which was very noisy in the morning.
There is a construction site next to the site which was quite noisy as well. The second room was very small for 2 single beds.
