Great location. 15/20 minutes walk to Casa Costanera and Parque Arauco malls. Fast checkin process. Clean room. Parking was included in the price and it was really usefull. Staff was very helpful and they let us park "a few more hours after check out", since our flight was on the evening. Value for money is good. I may be back!
Bathroom distribution (shower separated from toilet) was not particularly comfortable. Thin walls make it a bit noisy (noises from within the hotel, not from the street). Breakfast could have had a few more options.

Great staff, the place is well located (was attending a conference in Espacio Riesco).
The restaurant is fine, but closes a bit early at night for the LatAm standard.
Fully recommended.
