Best location in town. I love the neighborhood. The hotel is beautiful and the room is great. Only few things could be inprouved such as breakfast, towels, slippers, lights in the room.
There is no salmon in the breakfast.
The towels are not comfortable
There are some lights off in the bathroom and room

The location is excellent, the main reason we stayed there
We arrived at 12:30/1300 and they told us our room was ready, however if we wanted to enter the room there was an early fee?! In all my years I’ve never experienced that, of course if the room was ready, enter no problem, but to then charge a fee on top of that is outrageous. I understand it is a business. However I feel this is a cheeky thing to do, since the room is ready anyway. The amount comes to the equivalent of $60 aud so if I had known there was a fee I would have booked elsewhere. We were stuck to pay since we were heading straight to a wedding and had no choice, as it was when we arrived back after the wedding (at 1am), the reception was unmanned. However I’m sure someone would have been able to help us if we needed it, but late at night after a wedding the last thing you want to do is wait around for someone to come help you. And the underground parking for the hotel is not free. Quite disappointing

Elegant hotel, spacious room, view, comfortable bed, good location, nice neighbourhood.
An airport shuttle is mentioned as a service or amenity, but this is not true. There is no regular airport shuttle. They will simply arrange a driver or call a taxi for you.

Close to a shopping mall with a nice choice of restaurants
