Situated in Apopka, this lovely house for $202 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Casa Tropical! This vacation gem is a peaceful getaway, a home away from home. This beautiful renovated 1925 retreat style home, with a large beautiful pool, and a summer kitchen, it is a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida weather with family and friends! This place is great for entertainment Ideal for families and groups of 6-8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests. The space We've made sure that you have a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities, including a washer and dryer. We provide high-quality bed sheets, pillows, and linen. Every small detail has delicately been chosen to provide you with an inviting warmth in this generous gathering space. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: 1 Queen beds, sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds, sleeps 4 Common Area: 2 twin Size Air Mattresses also available, sleeps 2 HOUSE RULES: NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & DRINKING, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS! -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS. Guests have access to the entire house and back yard. The pool is not shared however, the back yard entrance is shared as there is a Year around occupied studio apartment on the property. The entrance to the studio is on the side of the house and not visible from the main house. You will notice a car parked on the empty lot located on the side of the house. ⚠ ⚠ Please remember you are staying in a home, not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP ⚠ ⚠ Please keep in mind that the pool is NOT screened in and is not heated. The pool cleaning service is performed every Friday. Since the pool is not enclosed, it is not uncommon for leaves to fall in sometimes, especially if there are any afternoon storms. We have provided a pool skimmer for you in case there are any leaves that fall into the pool between cleanings. The outdoor pool bathroom is currently under renovation; however, the renovation is contained to the inside of the bathroom, so the entire pool area is exactly as you see it in the pictures. guests are welcome to use the other amenities in the pool area such as summer kitchen, pool, outdoor gas grill, and outdoor furniture.

We stayed here to be close to family who live in Apopka. The home is clean and well-maintained. The owner is very responsive and helped us quickly with the minor issues that came up during our stay. There is a secondary apartment built out in the garage with a long-term renter, which we weren't expecting, but we had no issues. The neighborhood is a little sketch but typical of the Apopka area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

If you plan on visiting Rocky Springs, this is a great housing option for a large family. Awesome pool, super clean, and full equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

The website claimed to have a chimney fireplace in the backyard and a pool access but both claims were false. The pool was green and unsafe to swim in. The following day they came at 7 am to clean the pool, cut the grass and trees while we were still checked in at the house sleeping. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

We were in town for a wedding. This property was conveniently located to the hidden barn venue where the wedding was at. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. We also enjoy the pool.

Our family stayed here in this 3 bedroom cottage as we were attending a wedding at Highland Manor. Convenient to everything and 3 minutes from venue.
Too cold to use outdoor space but lovely place to hang out. Property very well maintained and host supplied a few extras that made guests feel very welcome.

The house is cute and quirky, we enjoyed staying here there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The neighborhood was pretty quiet overall. The kitchen could use a few more pans and utensils if your making more involved meals. We did not cook a Thanksgiving meal here so it wasn't a issue for us. The property manager was friendly and helpful with any questions or issues we had.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. This home is charming, well-equipped, clean and centrally located!. The pool is fabulous and the kitchen spacious. Ingrid made our check-in so easy for us as we had obligations to tend to. Would definitely recommend!

The owner was very nice and communicated well with plenty of instruction and information. I never had to ask a question! I would recommended this rental with no hesitation.

This home was beautiful, clean and very spacious . The only issue we had was that the wifi was not great at all and we couldn’t get the TV to work the entire weekend.

The house is clean and bright. The pictures are very accurate. The beds and linens are comfortable. Plenty of fluffy towels and even provided pool towels. We were 6 adults and all had plenty of room to move around. We spent our days basking in the sun by the pool. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. We ended up eating all of our meals at the house because it was so comfortable. Lots of cookbooks if you don’t know what to make! We took long walks in the nearby park and on the Apopka city trail. There are several grocery stores within a couple of miles. So fun to stay in an authentic neighborhood. Only 30 minutes to the Orlando airport, this house was a score!

Convenient and clean
The home is clean and convenient to the area where we wanted to stay. The neighborhood isn’t top notch but we never felt uncomfortable. Access code for entry didn’t work when we arrived in the middle of the night, after a long day of travel. After much hesitation due to the time, I decided to call the host who thankfully answered and was able to assist us with entry and we were most appreciative of the hosts availability and hospitality.

Just as beautiful as the pictures!
I can't say enough about this home. It looks just as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. Everything was clean and plenty of towels and bed clothes. The pool and back yard is were we spent most of our time. Loved Everything about it. We had 5 adults with plenty of room.

Lovely House Awesome Location
We had an awesome girls weekend at the Casa. The house is so clean, bright, cheerfully decorated, and has everything needed to make it a sweet oasis. The location is great for restaurants, shops, the spa we went to, and so many other activities we hope to enjoy the place again in the future.
Somehow I had the impression from the description that there was only one bathroom. There are two.
I love that there are so many things available showing that the owners go above and beyond to make it a special place to stay. The WiFi and instructions are easy to find, light switches are labeled, coffee pods are provided, nice towels, extra blanket, games, floats, soothing sound machines, etc etc

Great house for family get together
Property was well suited for our family weekend get together. Clean and well appointed. Located in nice, quiet residential neighborhood. One drawback was the lack of railing on the front entry stairs. Very difficult for seniors to get up and down these stone steps. Also, the front porch light was not working so we had to use a flashlight to lock and unlock the front door whenever we came and went after sunset. Somewhat inconvenient and a safety hazard. Other than these few minor issues, the house was great. We would definitely rent again.
