BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION: This lovely and comfortable apartment is located in the Rynek Nowego Miasta 6/8/10 Street in Warsaw, only 400 m from the Old Town. The location is a great choice for those who love the historic atmosphere of the old part of capital city, as well as being surrounded by restaurants, cafes and iconic landmarks. The apartment is close to the Vistula Boulevards – a great place for a walk or a bike ride in the riverside surroundings. In the neighboring park there is a Multimedia Fountain Park, an amazing seasonal spectacle. The largest Poland’s shopping center Westfield Arkadia, with 240 shops and 37 restaurants, is less than 2 km away from the location. The apartment is perfectly communicated with other districts of Warsaw, making it a great starting point for any touristic or business stay. The closest metro station “Ratusz Arsenał” is a 15-minute walk away from the accomodation. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: This fully equipped two-bedroom apartment is suitable for 6 people. The living space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two independent bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment’s location in the historical neighborhood is matched up by the vintage character of the interior décor. At the same time, the apartment has many modern amenities to ensure the pleasure of the stay. Multimedia include a free WiFi connection and a flat screen SmartTV with internet access. The kitchenette and bathroom are equipped with appliances: a washing machine, a coffee maker, a microwave. The bed layout – a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other, plus the addition of sofa bed in the living room – guarantees the comfort of sleep even for larger groups of guests. Portable air conditioning is also available for guests. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the New Town Square. LIVING ROOM: Sofabed, coffee table, TV BEDROOM 1: 2 single bed, bedding, night lamp BEDROOM 2: Double bed, bedding, night lamp KITCHENETTE: Table with 4 chairs, fridge, kettle, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, glass cups, cookware set, cutlery, frying pan BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, sink, towels, mirror, washing machine, hair dryer MULTIMEDIA: Smart TV, WiFi Internet access PETS: Pets - dog/cat - are allowed (a fee 100 PLN pet pet applies) PARKING: No parking space assigned.

The subject apartment was located in a charming if neglected building. It was very close to Rynek Nowego Miasta. My low star review is because the owners of this property have not upgraded apartment amenities to proper level for international customers. Here is a list of the good and the bad aspects: GOOD 1 Apartment location is a quiet old city center block 2 Apartment has great light and high ceilings 3.Courtyard entry BAD 1 Bathroom is old and had bad smell 2 Shower stall is small and has no place to store soap and shampoo. 3. In the kitchen the stove is broken (should be in working order if you’re advertising an apartment) 4. Hot plate is semi-broken and dirty (only one plate worked) 5. Not towel change by owner despite my family staying for over tow weeks. I would rate this property much higher if the price reflected the amenities.
