Great location, super stylish apartment!

The apartment is in a super location for the Warsaw Old Town. It is just tucked away enough to escape the main square and the hustle bustle and noise, but is close enough to be in walking distance of anywhere you might want to be. The pull down bed is a super versatile option for guests travelling in small groups, like we did! The decor is super stylish.

The bathroom has a few small issues that the owner/renter could do with investigating. The drain for the shower was either clogged, or has not been installed correctly, as water was very slow to drain away. As the bathroom is actually a wet room, this might have the potential to impact others in your group wanting to use the toilet. The tap on the sink has also been damaged and not maintained over a period of time. The WiFi was really patchy and very very slow, but honestly, we spent only a little time using it, so this was a minor issue for us. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear, but nothing at all major! Just average wear and tear that would be expected with short term lets of this type across many places! All of these issues were fairly minor (bathroom more an inconvenience than a major issue). I am sure that the owner/renter/management can easily resolve these issues with quick and easy solutions.

Superb

Location. Old town. We did the sightseeing on foot. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and warm. The toiletries were nice. Overall the apartment was perfect for a family of 5 for a short stay.

There could be a towel or a paper towel in the kitchen. A coffee maker was there, but no nearest grocery stores had capsules.

Old ONE-BEDROOM (!) apartment

Centric location, wifi, check-in process It took only 24 hours for the host to bring a fan to the extremely hot apartment.

- it is a ONE-BEDROOM place, not two as the site says. The living room has a Murphy folding bed - the apartment doesn't have AC, so it gets extremely hot in summer and you cannot air the room at night because of the street noise - the apartment is very old, you can literally smell it, and the basic decoration with IKEA furniture fails to hide it - it is very noisy at night both from the street and the hallway, as neither the old windows, nor the thin door help - although advertised to have toiletries, there was NOT a single bar of soap to wash hands! For the first time with a booking.com rental, were we obliged to buy own soap, toilet paper, etc. - Although mostly clean, the apartment had stained curtains, bed-linen and matresses - the booking description said a continental breakfast was served every morning at the apartment, the agency that manages the rental also confirmed that in writing. In the end, there was NO promissed breakfast and the agency didn't even bother to compensate for their lie/mistake.

Excellent location

Excellent location - easy walking distance from Old Town and on a street with lots of restaurants. Comfortable beds. Large living room. Very clean.

All very small niggles - only two toilet rolls and one dishwasher tablet for a booking for 8 nights; no corkscrew; only 1 large bath towel (though plenty of other towels; no information about the location of bins (and our key did not work when we found what we thought was the right bin store)

I do NOT recommend! I don't think it's possible to get rid of the smell.

Good location in the old part of the city.

For a long time we could not get into the apartment because they gave us the wrong code from a lock box. We stood at the door for about an hour trying to call the owner and get the correct code. But the worst thing that awaited us in this apartment was the smell. It was impossible to get rid of it, we slept with the windows open and it did not help! It's a terrible nauseating smell that we couldn't get rid of. All clothes were soaked with it. We were told that it was a sewer smell, and that more water should be drained and everything would disappear. But not water, not special cleaning products, not fragrances did not help! There is no air conditioning in the apartment.

Very good

Beautiful apartment with wooden floor in the hart of Warsaw. On street parking affordable and easy. Several lovely restaurants around the corner. Easy key system.

There is no ventilation at all in the apartment which results in a very humid and warm internal climate (during our stay in july with normal temperatures outside). A ventilator or two is absolutely necessary in summer but lacks.

Great location in the center of Warsaw Old Town in an old apartment building overlooking a charming, cobblestone street! Spacious, comfortable and clean.
