Great Central location, right in the heart of the old town. Shops nearby and several great restaurants and and bars nearby. Massive bedrooms with comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipement if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Owner was very helpful and attentive, let us check in early and drop our bags till room was ready. Very helpful with any preferences or concerns you have.
Kettle didn't work, found door locking/pad lock system to be slightly outdated/tedious having to lock keys in padlock when leaving. Sofa being pressumably a sofa bed meant it was slighly uncomfortable to sit on. Wasn't a toaster that we could find. Shower was slightly strange, top element didn't work so had jets from centre and adjustable shower head worked but pressure not great

Good central location. The apartment was spacious.
The stovetop wasn't working. It seemed to be locked and we were unable to unlock it. I immediately called the owner, multiple times and there was no answer. I also texted him through the app and there was no reply until two days later, only to say that they had just seen the message and to ask us when we were checking out. The floor was dirty in many spots, the sofabed was not prepared as I had requested and the bedding in the drawers was definitely not clean. The beds in the other bedrooms were not properly made either. Very disappionting. Terrible customer service. I would never go back.
