We had a good time

It was closed to the beach

We found that some of the stuff that was advertised wasn’t there Like the elevator You have to take the stairs with your groceries and luggage Not recomended to people that has back problems

Good

The property was well kept and clean. They had beach chairs and a wagon to carry them to the beach. They had 3 bikes.

The access to the beach is not that close. The A/C was not cooling properly in the master room (3rd floor). We sweated every night I slept there, and the A/c could not be set any lower. At no fault to the owners, we could not enjoy the beach due to the red tide and there was also a strong smell of dead fish.

Very good

The beach gear that was available to use. Floats, water toys, ice chest, wagon,beach buggy etc. It was great since we have a 6yo with us and were coming in on a plane and unable to bring those kind of things. Some of the things were not in great condition and some were broken but as we were leaving the owner was in the process of cleaning out those items. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was no sunset view from the property but a short walk to the beach it was great.

This was the first property we stayed that didn’t provide basic items like hand and bath soap upon arrival. There was dish soap but no sponges or dish cloth. We couldn’t tell if the items there were left by previous stays or if continually provided. (Detergent, dish soap). It wasn’t a huge deal we just had to make a trip to get them. So check before you stop at the store on the way in. Some of the dishes and items in the kitchen cabinets were not clean. I understand there is limited time between guests, and although you pay a 265.00 cleaning fee you’re asked to wash towels and strip beds and take downstairs to the laundry.

Superb

Great location , clean .

Soap was watered down and we needed more . We didn’t see the instructions until we were leaving , they were in a drawer .

Very good

Nicely decorated, good location. Fully equipped. Good size house.

The elevator did not work. The steps were very difficult. Would not recommend for anyone with any health issues. The house directly behind it was being remodeled so we listened to power saws and construction noise from 8 am till 7 pm daily.
