Came in town for a funeral and needed a space to handle business and be comfortable enough for kids and grandparents. This was the perfect spot. Great host and great place.

This was a great spot with plenty of space for the family. We only used the main floor but there were 2 bedrooms upstairs as well. The master has a beautiful fireplace in it. Beds were very comfortable. We loved waking to coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings. Location was great.

Nice house with a newer addition for the master bedroom! The 2nd full bathroom was very helpful; one used by my wife and me and the other by my son's young family. Ferndale is a nice community with friendly young families keeping up their properties. The downtown area was a pleasant surprise. Ferndale is in a great location with easy access to interstates and highways.

We were in town for a wedding in Detroit and it was the perfect house for my family which included 2 kids 2 and under. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and convenient as well and the owner was in communication before checking in so we knew exactly how the process worked. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit the area!

My family and I stay here for 2 days and we were pleasantly surprised, I didn’t realize how big the house was the kids had there own private floor and privacy upstairs and my husband and I had our own private room and bathroom at the back of the house with a king size bed. It was a little firm but comfortable, this house has everything you need we were very comfortable.

Clean and spacious Property with close proximity to downtown Ferndale! My family and I were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood which was super diverse and quiet! Will definitely stay again!

We had a some trouble with the locks but the host got back to us in good time to straighten it out, and with a good attitude. Believe me, we've had some awful hosts recently. If you're worried about the location, don't be. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Example, we parked our car in the driveway next to the house. It could be seen easily from the street. The trunk was accidentally left open ALL NIGHT!! Our computer bags and cooler were still there in the morning. A little rained on, but not stolen. Thanks goodness! The house was clean and the mattresses were wonderful.

Clean and well designed property near downtown Ferndale. Adorable, diverse neighborhood very close to downtown Ferndale. Owner was quick to respond to the assistance I needed. There is only one tv, so take that into consideration if you would need more. Definitely would stay here again!
