In addition, each Guest is assigned a Guest Coordinator who is available should you need assistance. This complimentary service is invaluable for those who have not been to Clearwater Beach before. We also provide our Guests with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a beach umbrella. We are so eager to make sure you’re comfortable from the minute you arrive, we provide you a welcome basket with an assortment of treats, a $10.00 coupon for ClearSky Café, and "two" under-building parking passes. Our unit also comes with "free" day use of our 50 ft. boat slip, a private dock for fishing, grilling implements, and our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishware necessary to prepare almost every type of meal. Just outside your door, you'll find over 25 restaurants within a 3-block radius, and activities such as wave runner rentals, parasailing, paddle boarding and bike rentals are all within one block of our location. Plus, Pier 60 and the Clearwater Beach Marina are only 3.5 blocks from the condo. However, if you want to chart your own course, let us know and we’ll provide you with the contact information for our recommended fishing or charter captains who will be happy to pick you up at our private boat dock.
