Nice location in the Little Italy neighborhood. The room had everything we needed. Excellent staff and customer service! There were new things to navigate when you are in a new city but every time I called the staff was professional, courteous and super helpful. Our shower head was leaking and they changed it within a couple of hours. Thank you!
The only thing I would have preferred is knowing prior to booking that the unit we booked was a half-basement. I would have booked another unit on an upper floor.

It was tiny but very cozy and clean. i liked that I could make food there or a cup of coffee. Self check in was very comfortable. And the stuff very friendly and understanding. The location was nice, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The subway was just 13 min away which was perfect if you don’t travel by car.
The street noise bothered me a little. But it wouldn’t stopped me booking that apartment again next time.
