Our newly renovated ocean-view condo in a family-friendly Myrtle Beach resort is perfect for your beach vacation or golf getaway. The spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, ocean views, and easy beach access.
The condo is located within a large oceanfront resort that offers shared amenities such as an outdoor zero-entry oceanfront pool, lazy river, children’s play area, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, fitness center, restaurants, and a convenience store. These resort amenities are typically available to guests and help make the property a fun and convenient place to stay.

The close proximity to the beach, along with the upgrades and the resort atmosphere, make this condo an affordable Myrtle Beach gem where priceless memories can be made.
My rental features:
Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, private bath, patio access, and ocean views.
Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, and guest bathroom access.
Bedroom #3: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, and HDTV.
Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.
Living room: hardwood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, HDTV, patio access, and ocean views.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towels, utensils, and cookware.
Dining area: dining table seating for six.
Linens and towels provided, laundry with washer and dryer.
Elevator access from the parking garage.
Beach access just a one-minute walk from the condo.
Prime location just minutes from Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, and dining.

Guests have access to the entire condo except the locked owner storage closet.
The resort property typically offers shared amenities such as beach access, outdoor pool, lazy river, children’s play area, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and convenience store.
Important note: These amenities are owned and operated by the resort/HOA rather than the condo owner. While they are usually available to guests staying in the building, the condo owner does not manage or control these facilities. Availability, hours, or temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, weather, seasonal schedules, or resort operations and cannot be guaranteed.

The living room includes a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa.
Because we are not part of the onsite management program, guests do not have access to the Water Park or the Family Fun Zone.

We maintain and manage our individual unit, while building infrastructure and shared amenities such as elevators, pools, plumbing systems, and common areas are maintained and operated by the resort/HOA. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and certain oversized vehicles may not be permitted in the parking garage due to HOA restrictions. Guests should verify compatibility before booking.
Occasionally resort amenities may close temporarily for maintenance, safety, weather, or seasonal operations. These matters are outside the control of the condo owner.

Loved the place. Our crew had the best time and are hoping we can get together again and return. There was sand all over the floor when we got there. Not noticeable but you could feel it everywhere when you walked. I guess that’s to be expected when you’re on the beach even if the place is clean.

The host was very friendly and tried to help us with an early check-in. The only thing I was not satisfied with were the pools. They were not deep, the deepest was 4 feet

Very clean condo, you do get ocean view. Great communication with host, any question I had I always had an answer. We had a group of 8 and we all had a great time.

We rode bikes from Ohio only to find out that no bikes were allowed to park in the garage. Had to buy a pass for 50 to park at the meters on the street. This should have been disclosed when booking. The condo was not very clean. There was dust under tables, around baseboards, on furniture etc......my boyfriend got a piece of glass in his hand from a cracked glass in the cupboard. Unacceptable.
