About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next break. To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is [email protected]. We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware. Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing. Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles. Free WiFi is included. The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate. We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay. Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart. There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.

We were able to enjoy Ocean City and come home to a condo that felt a little bit like home. The rooms, kitchen and family room were all clean which is exactly what we needed. I absolutely would stay here again. 7-11 is 1 block away along with Happy Jacks breakfasts which was excellent.

Overall the place was very nice. Some of the plates and cups were not completely clean which wasn’t a big deal. The one major drawback we had was that the one shower seemed to have mold growing around the bottom of it. We only stayed at the property for one night so we weren’t too concerned, but if staying for longer it could be of larger concern.

Nice unit! As advertised: close to beach, restaurants, boardwalk. Annemarie communicated in a very timely fashion and was great to deal with. Only stayed for a night but would definitely consider staying again!

The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to the beach. The front porch was lovely, suitable seating area for the morning tea. Aanmarie was very responsive to our requests. It is pet friendly.

The couches were extremely dirty to the extent that we had to purchase sheets from Walmart to cover them in order to feel comfortable sitting on them.
The first bathroom had a leak from the vent a couple of days in to our stay. The second bathroom contained mold on the wall in the shower as well as the entire unit had a very unpleasant odor.
To make matters worse, there were ants in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
When initially booking, we looked at the first few reviews which were all rated great so we proceeded to book.
After going back to reviews left by others a couple of years ago, the couch issue was supposed to get addressed but apparently hasn’t. The odor was also mentioned previously…
The host was very pleasant to deal with but this property has to have these things addressed. Saying they will be addressed in the reviews but failing to do so is unacceptable and disheartening. I really hope things will change as this really is a beautiful place to stay if these things are addressed.

Annemarie’s condo unit was clean, comfortable, and a 10-minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. Also an easy walk to the amusement park and restaurants. Check-in and communication were stress-free, and we appreciated that everything was on one floor, with a walk-in shower, for a family member with limited mobility. Thank you, Annemarie!

Annemarie is such a wonderful host. Anytime I needed to contact her, she respond back in a timely manner. We love the fact the its in walking distance to the beach, the Jolly Rogers' water park, and boardwalk. The only downside we had was the wifi internet. If one person is connected, then no one else can. Definitely plan to stay here again if we come back next year.

Great location- 10 min walk to beach and Jolly Roger, 15 min to boardwalk. Ample space for 6 people. Safe cul-de-sac. Great for kids and pets and even has entrance to back/side yard via door in master bedroom. Bring toilet paper and linens for sure. We enjoyed our short weekend stay. Host is great and a wonderful communicator- check in was a breeze.

Most prices have skyrocketed for rentals that are in good condition in OC. When booking this place the process was easy and it didn’t “break the bank.”

I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are taking a dog. Nice little yard out back, which makes it nice during peak season. OC is not very pet friendly during peak season. But this property is off the beating path and still 2 blocks from the boards and beach. Very disapointed that we did not bring our dogs. We had absolutely no issues with our stay at all.

My daughter and had a lovely time at this rental. It’s in a prime location for walking to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Added bonus that it is a pet friendly place also. Check in process was easy and the property manager was great throughout the process.

Weekend Stay
A few friends and I came down for the weekend to stay here and we had such a great time. The property owner kept great communication with me. We even ran into the maid who was super nice and willing to help out with whatever we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
