Situated in Georgina, this lovely chalet for $234 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Less than an hour away from Toronto, This Cottage features a living room with an electric all-season fireplace, flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, microwave with refrigerator and a glass door to a private deck and garden which looks across the lawns to the Golf Club. Two bedrooms each have a four-piece bath, one of which is designed for a wheelchair (king bedroom). This is a two-bedroom cottage with spectacular views of the Famous Briars Golf club. There is a living room overlooking the golf club and the lawns with a walkout deck outside for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower, The master bedroom's Bathroom is accessible and has a heated floor. Guests will have access to walking trails and a shared private sandy beach. ******** No Loud Noise allowed after 10 pm outside and do not disturb your neighbor. Parking with “parking permit” in designated parking spots ONLY, NO parking is allowed on the road. (Parking permit will be providing when check in if needed) Wear face masks and practicing social distancing. (2 meters away from each other) Limitation of 10 people per group in public areas. Suggestion: Do not drink water directly from the tap. No boat or jet ski allowed to stay or park within the 100ft from shoreline. Keep their garbage inside of the property when checked out. Bugs and wildlife may appear around the property and this is normal as these are country style cottages. (Some bugs may enter the room when door is open) The lake and beach area does not have lifeguards. Using the lake at your own risk. For guests who are under 18 need to be monitored by their guardians when enjoying the lake. Smoking is not allowed on the beach. Only smoke in the designated area. Guests need to collect their own garbage before they leave the beach. (There is a garbage bin in the beach area) ******** Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets is allowed with 100$ pet fee.

The cottage was nice enough but i was expecting there to be a stove for cooking and a toaster for the amount i paid for our stay. There wasn't even a coffee maker or a full size fridge so i was a little disappointed.

The kitchen was almost empty, BBQ didn’t work properly. Bed sheets weren’t clean and hiar dogs and insects in bed
