In the winter, the wood stove provides plenty of heat that everyone (including the family dogs!) can enjoy. Guests of this home will also have access to a shared seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, and more via the Spring Mountain Ranch HOA. Mile High Marina (on Payette Lake) is a mile and a half west, where guests can dine, shop, swim, and rent toys for a day on the water. Ponderosa State Park is two miles northwest for guests seeking hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife viewing in the summer. In the winter, guests can snowshoe or nordic ski. Bear Basin is just over six miles northwest for more summer and winter fun. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Gym -Sauna -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW No trailers are allowed. The shared pool is seasonal. Dogs must be on a lease while outside. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
