About this apartment rental
Adorable and cozy 1st floor, bayside 1 bedroom condo located on St. Louis Avenue and 5th Street in downtown Ocean City. Featuring a living room with cable television and wifi, full kitchen, and a full bath, plus the complex also offers an outdoor pool located across the street. This great downtown location is within walking distance to popular restaurants, public fishing area, basketball court, skate park and ball field, plus it's only three blocks from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and beach! Accommodating up six guests (ideal for families), the bedroom has a queen bed, and a pyramid bunk (double on bottom and twin on top), and the living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. There is parking for 1 compact car next to the building, or a regular-sized vehicle in a secondary lot. (total of 1 spot) Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. This property does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. There is a building laundry room located behind the pool.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents any 3 nights. Non smoking, non-vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The property was 5 star as far as location! Was just enough room for 6 adults. Kitchen was well equipped. My biggest complaint is the musty/damp smell. Everything we brought home had to be washed (sheets/blanket/clothes) and you still could smell a bit of must. It could use a deep clean but served our purpose quite well for the weekend.
