It was a great and confirtable stay, but breakfast should be added at the price charged for the room as it becomes over

Just and ok ok stay

The staff is attentive, basic amenities and cleanliness were good.

The size of the room and the bed size were really not fine, the bathroom is well planned but the shower unit is wrongly placed. No welness kit such as toothbrush , paste, moisturizer, hair oil, etc.. this is expected as we have paid 3 star tarrif for staying in this hotel. The entrance is slippery and the matting is just a face off, if you dont pay attention you are sure to slip. The hotel does not have a restaurant menu card and it takes ages to load from the QR code. Morning complimentary breakfast was a bit not up to the mark,, the idly was brown coloured, sambhar was sweet and sour, there was option for toasted and normal bread butter the toaster was also rustic, they could have kept butter cups instead of a slice of butter cause every time some guest used the butter knife the butter would be laddered with jam or chuteney. They served bread pakora in the morning.... crazy who eats bread pakora its just to make sure guests have this and their stomach is full and they don't crave for anything more. Fruits served were banana and watermelon.. something even cheap could have been explored by the chef. Overall the experience was just fine and manageable.

Ok place for a stay.

The location is good and the property is well maintained.

The staff should request guests to not gather and talk in the lobby as if no other guests are there. They were talking so loud that too very late at night that it was tough to sleep

Very good place for couples & Families.

The location is good. Near Narayani Dham where you can get Auto's easily or even you can call them at hotel. (In Lonavala no other public transport is available for sightseeing if you don't have your own vehicle) Hotel Rooms - Room was clean and spacious with all basic facilities. Common Area - Very good place to spend the evening time near the pool. Swimming pool - Clean and have good dimensions. Inhouse Restaurant - Very good food and reasonable price. You can have food either in the restaurant or can order in the room also. Staff - Good and helpful. Overall - Very good place to stay for couples and family.

Location is near to most view points

Staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Expect more hospitality and cooperation from hotel staffs. The breakfast was completely horrible. They just had idli and bread butter for breakfast. On request they served omlette but that too was runny. On complaining about the same the staff behaved quite rudely.

We didn’t get to use the amenities listed. There were no facilities provided, we have to call and ask at reception for everything. Breakfast was not good. Room size was small with no balcony. Swimming pool water was not clean.

Everything was good , Mr Siddharth was really good he upgraded our room to an executive as we had paid a little more via booking.com

Room service boys are quite eager to enter the room they should teach them that how one should approach guests when in the room and not to enter directly in, rooms can be more clean

Go for some other hotel in same budget, else u will b charged for every basic thing

Facilities described by hotel while booking was not provided in the room, and when asked for that they said everything u need is chargeable like mini fridge , tooth paste and brush etc ,,food was expensive as per taste.

it was the worst stay of my life - I had booked for 3 nights but o paid for 3 nights but vacated the hotel in 2 nights

I did not like anything in this property

the location , The staff and cleanliness was worst the breakfast was horrible
