There is a two-car garage that goes right into the main level that offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms with a cozy interior that has an open floor plan from den to dining room to kitchen. Den offers a stone gas fireplace open to the downstairs living space. This home has tasteful artwork throughout. The fully equipped kitchen (with brand-new stainless-steel appliances) comes with all you would need to entertain. Off the kitchen, there is a walk in utility room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. There are decks with ample seating. One deck has a firepit. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, golf, tennis courts, pickleball, zipline, and much more. less than a mile from the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities.
